Very Disappointing Experience I ordered a fruit tea at 50% sweetness because I don’t like drinks that are too sweet. The lady behind the counter told me she could make it 50% sweet, so I assumed the drink would be balanced. After taking a couple of sips, though, the tea was extremely bitter and sour and had basically no sweetness at all. I understand that I ordered an orange tea, but it was still not enjoyable to drink. When I asked if it could be remade, another employee told me that I had ordered it incorrectly and that they would remake it this time, but that next time I needed to order it correctly or they would not remake it. I found the way this was handled very unprofessional and unnecessary. On top of that, when I received the remade drink, they handed me back only about half of my original drink and couldn’t even fill it back up with ice. I paid around $7 for a drink that I couldn’t enjoy, and instead of simply trying to fix the issue, I felt like I was being blamed for ordering it wrong. The customer service was extremely disappointing. For a $7 drink, I expected much better service and a willingness to make things right. I definitely won’t be coming back. Horrible ex

Sip Tea Boba is my go-to spot in Pinellas Park for nuoc mat, also known as the Fresh Sip (artichoke tea with grass jelly, basil seeds, and crystal boba). Service is always fast and consistent, and the drinks are made just right every time. The Fresh Sip is very refreshing with a clean flavor and great texture, 10/10! I also tried the Vietnamese coffee. It is not overly sweet, but I wish it had that stronger espresso flavor you usually expect from traditional Vietnamese coffee.

So cute! Went here 2 days in a row and loved every boba I got! Staff was so nice and inviting! Great vibe! Clean and cozy!

Different bubble tea flavors are offered than some other Boba shops. Nice to have the variety. One tea - the Nuoc Mat is one of their specials that I enjoyed. I appreciate when different ice ans sugar levels are available.

This place will be your hot spot for boba! So many different flavors & choices, they even have a display case for their most famous drinks to see what you’re getting! Service was amazing and fast—staff were so kind and attentive! They even gave us a free drink due to a doordasher canceling. The tapioca is soft, and full of flavor, you can tell that they choose quality over quantity. Please go here and give them some love! Dream boba place.
